Development of high performance alloys


The development of high-performance alloys combines thermodynamic calculations with the experimental approach. Current research effort of the High Performance Alloys group are focused around the following materials systems:
  • Ni-based Superalloys
  • Iron-Aluminides and Ferritic Superalloys
  • Titanium-Aluminides
  • Multi-Principle-Element Alloys
  • High Entropy Alloys
  • Shape-Memory Alloys
